Is there a minimum quantity per shipment?

We do not have a minimum. However, we suggest that you send the bags in multiples of one hundred (100, 200, 300, etc.) to make the shipping cost more efficient.

How often can I send the bags?

There is no fixed schedule as to how often you can send bags. NKG Kala Hamburg will be able to receive them from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Is there a warehousing fee associated?

No, NKG Kala Hamburg will receive, handle, and store your used bags at no cost to you.

Can we ship the GrainPro bags baled, strapped, in boxes, pallets, or other packaging methods?

You can use your preferred packaging method as long as your chosen courier has no issues with it.

Can I personally take the bags to the NKG Kala warehouse?

Yes, you are welcome to deliver the bags yourself in case you are near the location but always remember to notify us first.

NKG Kala Hamburg provides delivery and logistics services for my coffee beans. Can I take advantage of that service to deliver my bags?

Yes, as long as your bags are correctly packed for a fast and convenient pick-up. Also, notify us via the form each time.

Do you accept another brand other than GrainPro?
